Skov Consulting values your trust and wants to ensure a positive trading experience. Our terms and conditions apply to all purchases and use of our services.
ORDERING AND RIGHT OF CANCELLATION
When you place an order with us, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your order. It is important that you save this email as documentation. The terms of the agreement will be stated in the confirmation email. By completing your purchase, you have accepted Skov Consulting's terms and conditions. When purchasing online as a private individual, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, calculated from the day you receive the confirmation. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send a written and clear message to: marie@skovconsulting.com before the deadline expires. If you have expressly consented to the service being started before the expiration of the withdrawal period, and the service has been fully or partially delivered, the right of withdrawal lapses in whole or in part in accordance with the Danish Consumer Contracts Act. When purchasing digital products or services that are delivered immediately after purchase, as well as events and activities with a fixed date or time, the right of withdrawal is waived.
PAYMENT
Skov Consulting accepts payment via bank transfer with Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa and MasterCard and Mobile Pay.
For invoice payments, the payment deadline is 10 business days, unless otherwise agreed. In the event of late payment, interest will be charged in accordance with the Danish Interest Act and any reminder fees.
All prices on the website are in DKK and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
When purchasing a stress relief course or retreat privately, which is paid in installments, please note that upon entering into the agreement, you are obligated to pay all installments. This means that a payment cannot be stopped.
DELIVERY AND CANCELLATION
Services are delivered in person, online or via email, depending on the nature of the product. The service is considered delivered upon delivery or delivery of the material.
In the event of cancellation on our part, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered a new date or a full refund.
All private purchases for planned events are binding, but you are welcome to give the ticket to a friend.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations for individual sessions must be made no later than 24 hours before the agreed session. If cancelled later, half of the amount will be invoiced. In case of no-show or urgent cancellation (less than one hour), the full amount will be invoiced.
Cancellation of an ordered service for a business customer can be made with a full refund up to six months before the scheduled service. If cancelled within three months before the scheduled service, 50% of the amount will be invoiced, and if cancelled later than one month before delivery, the full amount will be invoiced.
RIGHTS
Skov Consulting by Marie Skov Madsen owns all rights to our events, courses, workshops, presentations and stress management materials. Any form of copying, distribution or use of our materials requires
prior permission.

Skov Consulting does not assume liability under Danish law for personal injury, loss of property or other damages that may arise as a result of your participation in our activities or use of our services – either directly or indirectly. It is your responsibility to assess your own physical condition and ability to participate in the activities.
We also do not accept responsibility for any changes in your/the participants' health as a result of our services. If you have any health problems, you should always consult your doctor or get other qualified advice before starting to practice breathing exercises.
