Stress - a growing challenge in Danish workplaces

Workplace stress is one of the biggest challenges for companies today. Studies show that 18% of Danish employees often or constantly experience stress, with work or a combination of work and private life being the primary cause. Stress-related absence costs Danish companies at least 16.4 billion kroner annually, and the loss can be felt in both productivity and employee well-being.

In addition, work-related stress reduces the labor supply by approximately 55,600 full-time employees annually, which has a significant human and economic impact. Companies that actively work on stress prevention experience fewer sick leaves, higher employee retention and increased well-being across the organization.

How to prevent stress


Full-day Workshop

An intensive and practical workshop where participants in small groups work with deep breathing techniques that reduce stress, create mental clarity and strengthen the immune system. We work purposefully with an effort to create sustainable structures and a culture that prevents stress in the workplace.
