PERSONAL COACHING
The personal stress coaching process is based on your current situation. During the conversation, we examine your stress factors and clarify your need to create balance. You will receive a clear assessment of your stress load, advice and specific tools that can promote calm and well-being in everyday life. We will develop a targeted strategy to reduce stress and restore balance – both mentally and physically – so that you can regain your energy and well-being. We can supplement the conversation with guided relaxation exercises that create calm in the body and clarity in the mind. You will be offered a tailored, personal process so that you can release stress and restore balance in your life. You will leave the session with valuable insights, tailored tools and a sense of hope and direction on your journey towards better well-being. ​

AM I STRESSED?
