This stress free women’s workshop in Copenhagen is a calm and nourishing space where you can slow down, release tension, and reconnect with yourself - supported by breathwork, mindfulness, and gentle yoga.
In a safe and comfortable setting, we work with calming the nervous system, grounding the body, and cultivating inner peace. Through gentle movements, guided breathing practices, and deep relaxation, the connection between body and mind is strengthened, allowing you to meet your daily life with greater clarity, presence, and ease.
The workshop offers both a restorative pause in the moment and an opportunity to learn simple, effective tools for stress relief that can be integrated into your everyday life.

Mini Urban Retreat

Many of us move straight from a busy everyday life into summer vacation and spend the first days simply trying to unwind.
This Mini Urban Retreat is an invitation to slow down, breathe more deeply, and reconnect with yourself before your holiday begins.
Over two days, we will explore yoga, breathwork, meditation, and reflection in a calm and supportive environment. Together, we will help regulate the nervous system, cultivate a deeper sense of presence, and create space for rest, recovery, and inner reflection.
We will also explore the thought patterns and beliefs that can keep us stuck in worry, old habits, and self-imposed limitations. As we become more aware of what shapes our thoughts and behaviours, we gain greater freedom to choose how we want to live, relate, and move through life.
The intention is simple: To help you enter the summer season feeling more grounded, clear, and connected to yourself.
