PRIVACY TERMS
Skov Consulting values your trust and is of course committed to protecting your personal information. The privacy policy below applies to all purchases and use of our services.
PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
We process information such as name, email address, telephone number and possibly health information to the extent necessary to provide our services, plan courses and communicate with you. We treat personal information confidentially and only use it to process your orders and improve our service to you. We do not share your information with third parties without your consent, unless it is necessary to fulfill our obligations to you or if required by law.
We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide our services, and for up to 5 years after last contact in accordance with the Danish Accounting Act. Information that is no longer relevant will be deleted or anonymized.
You have the right to access the information we hold about you, and to have it corrected or deleted at any time. You can also withdraw your consent at any time. If you wish to do so, you can contact us by email.
NEWSLETTERS AND REGISTRATION
By subscribing to our newsletter, you give us permission to send you emails with offers, news about new services and products, and relevant information about events. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by following the instructions in the subscription email or by contacting us directly.
LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING
We process your personal data in accordance with Article 6 of the General Data Protection Regulation. The processing takes place on the following basis:
Fulfillment of a contract – when processing is necessary to provide the services you have purchased or requested.
Consent – when you voluntarily give us permission, for example by signing up for a newsletter or by providing health information as part of an individual process.
Legal obligation – when we are obliged to store information in accordance with the Danish Accounting Act or other legislation.
When processing sensitive personal data (e.g. health information in connection with stress), we always obtain your explicit consent in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation.
